Pauline, a daughter of mom's college classmate, and now a friend of mine already, did the invite..
So it was me, my sister steph, pauline and her brother red, their cousin, Vincent & Benj (children of mom's another classmate Tita Candy).
East Raya is a Bali inspired/themed condominium by DMCI Homes if I'm not mistaken.
Guests (..us!) have to pay 100 pesos each for the usage of the pool, which is good enough and worth it since the pool is olympic sized and they have spacious dressing rooms and shower area..
Every corner of the place is picturesque so Pauline and I had fun posing around for pictures..:D
Okay! Tita Tet said that during the pre-selling of the condo units, it was just around 1.9M..
Now, that many units were already tunred-over to their respective owners, the newly opened buildings already costs 2.9M....Imagine!? It's a Million more than the pre-selling price..Well, it's still worth owning one, and if were to have that huge amount of money, I would take one too!!
